Project description

Our company is a SME located in Piedmont (Italy).
Our idea is focused on research on high vacuum treatments, using existing technologies and/or hybrid ones to deposit nanometers surface coatings (metals and/or metal alloys) in order to increase the surface conductivity of the coated parts.
This technology would allow to replace existing chemical deposition processes, pollutants and expensive (our company has a range of product that also provides for the chemical metallization of plastic parts for EMI-shielding).

The new processes resulting from this research may also introduce the company to a new range of products with aesthetical metal effect.
Our company makes available its structure and experience in the field of coatings applications (see website www.siveonline.com), search for partners (at least one SME) manufacturers of high vacuum plants and/or end users of metallized parts with shielding properties in order to work together to find new hybrid process for EMI shielding considering which would lead a lower environmental impact compared to chemical processes and a good reduction of production costs
